Party Wall procedures under the Act do not have to be complicated. We pride ourselves in offering straight-talking, down to earth advice that is cost effective to you as the client. We regularly act for both Building Owners and Adjoining Owners. We are increasingly appointed to act as ‘Agreed Surveyor’ for both parties as being a Party Wall Surveyor requires you to be independent and impartial, and to work for the Act. Also, having an Agreed Surveyor helps keeps costs to a minimum.
